"So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; For God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work." - 2 Corinthians 9:7-8

True Christians do not give because they “have to” but rather out of a sense of profound gratitude of what Jesus Christ has did for them by dying on the cross for their sins and the for the promise of the forgiveness of sins and eternal life in heaven for all who would put their trust in Him.

We do not pressure people to give, nor have we ever received any outside money, including when we started the church. If it was not for the grace of God and the generous giving of the people who attend our church we would not be able to do many of the things we are able to do.

We believe that all Christians are stewards (managers) of the Lord’s money and that includes a church and its finances. At Calvary Chapel Morris Hills we take the handling of money very seriously from the collecting to the counting to the spending and recording of all donations.

The menu at the left will give you some giving options. All donations are tax-deductible and you will receive a giving statement in January for the previous year.
